We did a 4 course dinner for people looking to take their partners out for a cozy and private dinner on his holiness St. Valentine's birthday. Chef Anuhya from Finalé made a dessert the couples ate off the same plate

Fermentation
Something we've been doing for years now, and absolutely love every second of. From simple kombuchas to garums and misos that take months.


Smoking and curing
Poultry, meats, vegetables, tofu, cheese, food. Anythng that can be eaten or drunk can be smoked or cured. We've found that talking in a southern Texan drawn somehow just helps the process
